Drift Pricing

The Enterprise plan costs around $3,000 per year. All Drift plans come with one included seat. The company also charges a fixed platform fee for all customers. Payment Method
Drift.com allows users to access and update their payment method under Settings > Organization settings > Plan and Billing. This includes information about the user's plan, such as the number of seats, number of contacts, and monthly cost. Drift Return Policy?
Drift.com has a 14-day return policy for single order magazines and prints. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that it was received, and in the original packaging. Certain goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods like coffee or food, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases, gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for a return.
If an item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to error, or if it is returned more than 14 days after delivery, only partial refunds may be granted. Once a return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.
Sale items cannot be refunded. Only defective or damaged items can be replaced. If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to the recipient, a gift credit for the value of the return will be issued. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to the recipient later, a refund will be sent to the gift giver.

How To Open A Drift Account?
To open an account on Drift.com, follow these steps:
- Visit the website and click on "Sign Up" in the top-right corner.
- Sign up using your preferred email address.
- You'll receive an activation code to the email provided. Enter this code into the prompt on the website.
- Once you've verified, you’ll receive all your Magic Wallet details.
- You will be prompted to input some basic account information: Language preferences, Widget greeting and Full name.
- Next, you'll be prompted to enter some company specific information, Company name, Company website and an Image.
- You'll then be prompted to set the primary and secondary colors for how Drift will appear on your website.
- Next, you’ll have the ability to choose the type of icon that will appear on your website.
- Within this step, you’ll have the chance to set your team’s business hours.
